As for programs that I am using, a combination. Picasso, Photosmart, and Corel, still learning with it. I am going to play with a few more, I like the results and as JDP said, it does bring out some details that you miss with color. You can really see this when you enlarge them, try clicking on the "Lone Tree" and then look at the cliffs in the background, the lines and shadows are really unique.
