Perhaps the time has arrived to swat that annoying little fly that keeps begging to be swatted. On Monday, January 7th a task force of three U.S. Naval vessels attached to the 5th Fleet were making the transit through the Straits of Hormuz between the Gulf Of Oman and the Persian Gulf. The lead vessel was the cruiser U.S.S. Port Royal (shown) followed by a destroyer and a fast frigate.

I swore I commented here this morning...are you erasing things?
No, you did not post any comment on this site this morning. Perhaps, a cup of coffee first would be a good idea before you start commenting and posting. However, everytime I turned around today, this situation was on the news! I can't believe that I scooped NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox News! Before the liberal news media has been screaming that we need to get out of Iraq, now they are screaming that we should have sunk the Iranian Boats! They really should make up their minds whether we should use deadly force or not! Trust me, the on scene commander made the right decision regardless of the news medias expert opinions. If you listen to the video tape and know what to listen for, you can hear the voices but in the back ground you also hear several noises that almost drown out the audio portion of the videos. Those noises that you hear are gun mounts being trained out into firing positions. Those boats were locked in and the only word that had to be uttered was "Fire" and there would have been no more boat. Despite the technical advisors on the news media, the naval ships handled the situation correctly despite the fact I would have liked to seen them blown to hell.
They must have scooped the news from here. I agree with you totally. and you are right I probably did not have enough coffee and forgot to hit send...
you barely have time to blog AND get a nap for the 1 AM blogging..
do you have comments sent to email?
