I missed it ....what with your hand?

Did you know two of A & P's kids have blogs? on Myspace.

Grandma's stay is going on a little long isn't it? are you sure we don't need to make a trip down?

I made up names for mom they are on the "Old" post about it.

In tne midst of rain squall - no work outside, so I will answer your (Heidi) questions in order posted. As for my hands, only partially my hands, the fingers on my right hand caught the brunt of it. Dr. said I can take the banadgages off next week as soon as the danger of infection is over. Working on the dual purpose building and had to move my saw to the deck where it was dry. All my extension cords are still buried under the snow for the tree lights. Did not want to take time to go to AA to get another extension cord. Had a coil of regular wire (baling wire) so I cut two pieces 25 feet long, the wire is not coated but I was able to keep them separated so I would not short them out. The electrical plug on my "chop" saw has a hole in each prong so I run one wire through each of these holes. To keep the dogs or me from getting shocked I rigged boards off the ground about five feet for electrical poles. In theory, it should work, but when I went to push the other end of the two wires into the electrical outlet all hell broke loose - there was sparks and smoke everwhere, the wall on the little shed got a little scorched before the breaker tripped, hands got burned, the chop saw is history, it was still smoking a half hour after the incident. Dutch and Goldie eventually came out from under the truck, but won't go near the shed, my tenny runners will need to be replaced, the soles got a little hot, overall, I goofed up I should have been wearing rubber gloves before I pushed the wires into the socket - amazing how far a little electrical current will throw a person. Until I get the building rewired, a new circuit panel, and a new chop saw, looks like I will be breaking out the old hand saw to finished the project.

I have never been to Myspace, no real need to go but it does not surprise me that there are to A.P. kids on their - that is the site thatthe Deputy Secretary for Homeland Defense got busted on talking dirty to a 14 year old girl, who was actually a police detective - caught him good! He even used his real name, where he worked, his picture, government cell phone number. They have him in jail pending about 30 counts! He has been suspended from his job without pay pending trial - how awful!!!!!

Your grandmother is feeling better as of this morning, she may go home today depending if they can do x-rays at the Homer Hospital on Sunday? I guess it is best not to get hurt or sick in Homer on a Sunday if you are going to need x-rays! We will go in to see her in a couple of hours.

I have those names that you submitted for the Blog site for your mother. Evidently your computer must have a little flu bug or whatever the technical term is. I checked out my archives and had no problem in opening all of them. Remember, I do not "dinker" or "tinker" with anything I do not know about (except electrical connections)and have no concept how all of this works, as long as it comes up on the creen when I push the button, I have no problem, a problem comes up you will be the first to know since you are the tinkering guru!
